VOLUNTEER COMMITTEE
Purpose: Recruit volunteers as needed; ensure adequate volunteer staff for events; work with "feeder" schools' PTAs.

MARKETING & COMMUNICATION COMMITTEE
Purpose: Coordinate public relations with media, area schools, etc.; coordinate posting signs and release of public information.

FUNDRAISING COMMITTEE
Purpose: Coordinate and lead efforts to raise necessary funds.

HCDE & SCHOOL BOARD LIAISON COMMITTEE
Purpose: Represent needs to School Board members and HCDE employees.

ACADEMICS COMMITTEE
Purpose: To assist in the development of curriculum; procuring academic grants.

EXTRACURRICULAR COMMITTEE
Purpose: Assist in development of extracurricular activities, including but not limited to band, cheerleaders, dance team, etc.

ATHLETICS COMMITTEE
Purpose: Assist in development of the athletic programs, including, but not limited to, facilities, uniforms, and equipment.

GOVERNMENT LIAISON COMMITTEE
Purpose: Represent needs and communicate information to government representatives.
